为观察妊娠头三月阴道出血持续或未持续至20周以后的孕妇与胎儿预后不良的关系,根据1977年8月至1980年3月波士顿妇女医院实施的分娩询问程序表,个人询问及病历复习,将妊娠头三月及随后各期的出血孕妇,与无出血者的妊娠结果进行比较,出血组1389例,其中1174例仅头三月出血,215例有孕早期及其以后各期出血。对照组为无阴道出血者,计10055例。所评价的不良围产期后果为低体重儿(LBW,<2500g)、极低体重儿(<1500g)、早产、足月低体重儿、死胎及新生儿死亡。
