本文对海拔4000米高原地区30头2岁牦牛进行了心电图描记,测定了14个导联心电图各波的电压和时限。发现试验牦牛皆为窦性心律,其中8头呈窦性心律不齐,1头有文氏型第二度房室传导阻滞,R-R间期0.695±0.094秒,QRS综合波平均心电轴为+86.8±39.9°。V_3、V_4、CⅡ和CⅢ导联的P波和T波皆呈负向,QRS综合波为gR型,A-B导联的P波和T波皆呈正向,QRS综合波为rS或、QS型,其它导联中,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和aVF导联的P波呈正向,aVR导联者呈负向,QRS综合波波型多种多样,T波方向不定。在研究过程中还对导联方法及牦牛的控制保定作了初步探讨。
In this paper, electrocardiogram was performed on 30 2-yak yaks in the altitude 4000 meters plateau, and the voltage and time of each wave of 14 lead ECGs were measured. P wave and T wave in V_3, V_4, CⅡ and CⅢ lead were negative, QRS complex wave was gR type, P wave and T wave in AB lead were all positive, QRS complex wave was rS or QS type, Among the other leads, the P waves of leads Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and aVF were positive, the aVR leads were negative, the variety of QRS complex was diverse, and the direction of T wave was indefinite. In the course of the study, the method of lead and the control of yak Baoding were also discussed.
