一、概述直流电机电枢的电工焊接在直流电机制造工艺中常常起着举足轻重的作用,特别是对于起、制动频繁及瞬时冲击负载等使用条件恶劣的工况尤为突出。目前,在直流电机电枢电工焊接中常用的焊接方法有:1.锡焊;2.TIG 硬钎焊等。随着中型直流电机新产品的设计开发和国外先进技术的引进,新产品、新结构的不断涌现,给工艺的改进带来广阔的前景。本文介绍的是换向器不带升高片(竖板),电枢线圈引线头与换向片直接进行电阻硬钎焊的一种新工艺。由于我厂曾进行了一系列的模拟试验,初步掌握了有关工艺参数,并应用于产品制造。
I. Overview DC motor armature electric welding in the DC motor manufacturing process often plays a decisive role, especially for starting, frequent and transient braking impact load conditions such as the use of harsh conditions are particularly prominent.
