偶氮胂M由Савин推荐作为光度法测稀土的灵敏试剂。与偶氮胂Ⅲ相比,此试剂与稀土反应的灵敏度较高,15个稀土的平均克分子吸光系数为7.8×10~4,此值约等于偶氮胂Ⅲ-稀土平均克分子吸光度系数的1.2倍。试剂与各稀土形成的络合物给出的吸光度比较接近。此外,笔者在实验中发现,利用镉-EDTA作重稀土的掩蔽剂,方法可测定稀土总量和轻重稀土分量。本报告分:(1)偶氮胂M光度测定稀土的条件选择;(2)从许多共存离子中分离稀土的方法;(3)检验了所提出的方法在测定矿石中稀土总量和轻重稀土分
Arsenazo M is recommended by Савин as a sensitive reagent for spectrophotometric determination of rare earths. Compared with arsenazo III, this reagent has higher sensitivity to rare earth reaction. The average molar absorptivity of 15 rare earths is 7.8 × 10 ~ 4, which is approximately equal to the average molecular absorption coefficient of arsine Ⅲ-rare earth 1.2 times. The complex formed between the reagent and each rare earth gives a relatively close absorbance.
