分析了20g、16MnR等钢焊接接头冷弯试验时开裂的原因。指出,接头强度、热影响区组织、白点和试样表面质量等原因,对冷弯性能部有一定的影响。有些原因又与试验标准有关。本文还就接头冷弯试验的意义进行了讨论。提出,如果开裂试样断口表面上没有白点、气孔等缺陷,可以放宽试验合格标准,认为接头的冷弯性能合格。
The causes of cracking during cold bending test of 20g and 16MnR steel welded joints were analyzed. It is pointed out that the joint strength, the texture of the heat affected zone, the white spots and the surface quality of the sample have some influence on the cold bending properties. Some reasons and test standards. This article also discusses the significance of the joint cold-bend test. It is suggested that if there are no white spots, pores and other defects on the fracture surface of the cracked specimen, the acceptance standard of the test may be relaxed and the cold bending performance of the joint is considered acceptable.
