以渤海某导管架石油平台为例,建立了ANSYS数值计算模型。通过对平台施加海洋环境荷载,计算其基底剪力、倾覆弯矩和甲板最大位移。考虑了波流耦合最危险情况,求解最不利荷载组合下的各结构响应,包括平台承受的基底剪力,倾覆弯矩和甲板最大位移。提出4种计算平台响应的经验公式,通过非线性拟合,获得其具体的表达式。并与前人公式进行比较,选择误差最小者作为该平台的结构响应经验公式。为海洋平台的可靠度分析奠定基础。该方法可为其他平台的结构响应经验公式的拟合提供参考。
Taking the oil platform of a jacket pipe in the Bohai Sea as an example, the numerical calculation model of ANSYS is established. Applying marine environmental loads to the platform, calculate the base shear, overturning moment and maximum deck displacement. The most dangerous case of wave-current coupling is considered, and the structural responses under the most unfavorable load combination are solved, including the base plate shear force, overturning moment and maximum deck displacement. Four empirical formulas of computing platform response are proposed, and their specific expressions are obtained through nonlinear fitting. And compared with the previous formula, select the smallest error as the platform of the structural response empirical formula. Lay a solid foundation for the reliability analysis of offshore platform. This method can be used as a reference for fitting the structural response empirical formulas of other platforms.
