利用Thermecmastor -Z热模拟试验机研究了温度、应变、应变速率对PRMMCs(颗粒增强金属基复合材料 )流动应力的影响 .在试验数据的基础上 ,利用数理统计的方法得到了该材料的本构方程 .在大多数情况下 ,计算结果与实验数据误差小于 10 % .研究结果为估算设备吨位、优化工艺参数和数值模拟该材料的热成形过程提供了理论基础 .
The effects of temperature, strain and strain rate on the flow stress of PRMMCs (particle reinforced metal matrix composites) were investigated by Thermecmastor-Z thermal simulation test machine.Based on the experimental data, the constitutive relationship of the materials was obtained by mathematical statistics In most cases, the calculated result is less than 10% of the error of the experimental data.The results provide a theoretical basis for estimating the tonnage of the equipment, optimizing the process parameters and simulating the thermoforming process of the material.
