目的:系统研究小木通的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱和中低压制备色谱等技术分离小木通的化学成分,利用理化性质和波谱法鉴定其结构。结果:从小木通中分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为4,7-二甲氧基-5-甲基-香豆素(1),异松脂素(2),松脂素(3),(+)-2-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-6-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-3,7-dioxabicyclo[3,3,0]octane(4),matairesinol(5),落叶松脂素(6),justieiresinol(7),丁香脂素(8),鹅掌楸苷(9),3-甲氧基-对苯二酚-4-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(10),3,5-二甲氧基-对苯二酚-1-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(11)。结论:除了化合物9外,其余10个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To systematically study the chemical constituents of Methods: The chemical constituents were isolated by silica gel column chromatography, gel column chromatography and medium and low pressure preparative chromatography. Their structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectroscopy. Results: Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as 4,7-dimethoxy-5-methyl-coumarin (1), isoprospin (2) +) - 2- (3,4-dimethoxyphenyl) -3,7-dioxabicyclo [3,3,0] octane (4), matairesinol ), justieiresinol (7), melatonin (8), tretinoin (9), 3-methoxy-hydroquinone- 4-O-β-D-glucoside -dimethoxy-hydroquinone-1-O-β-D-glucoside (11). CONCLUSION: All the 10 compounds except compound 9 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
