在国人应用放射配体结合法建立完整细胞测定正常男性雄激素受体的基础上，用单点分析法测定１６例少精症患者阴囊皮肤成纤维细胞［￣３Ｈ］１８８１的特异性结合量，其值为６．４４±１．６２ｆｍｏｌ／１０￣６细胞。结果表明少精症患者的雄激素受体特异性结合量明显低于正常成年男性（Ｐ＜０．０１）。同时发现原发性少精症患者ＦＳＨ有增高的趋势，为临床上进一步研究男性不育者中少精症的发病机理提供一定的参考价值。
