闪频式现场整机动平衡仪是一种通过测相测幅进行整机动平衡的装置。本文首先介绍了测相测幅整机动平衡的方法与原理 ,然后围绕如何提取不平衡振动的幅值与相位详细阐述仪器的硬件设计 ,最后通过实验证明仪器的可靠性。 Flash-site whole plant dynamic balancer is a measure of the whole machine by measuring the dynamic balance of the device. In this paper, the method and principle of dynamometer balancing of measuring and measuring whole machine are firstly introduced. Then the hardware design of the instrument is elaborated on how to extract the amplitude and phase of unbalanced vibration. At last, the reliability of the instrument is verified by experiments.
