本文利用光化学反应,采用荧光检测手段,建立了磺胺嘧啶的光化学-荧光分析法。该法的线性范围为0.02~3.2μg/ml,检测限为0.02μg/ml,0.8μg/ml磺胺嘧啶标样的测定的相对标准偏差为2.6%(n=12)。该法用于磺胺嘧啶的测定,结果满意,回收率为92.8~106.9%,平均回收率98.8%(n=6)。该法操作简便、快速,容易实现在线分析。应用质谱、红外光谱、纸色谱、薄层色谱以及同步扫描荧光光谱等手段,对该光化反应过程进行了初步探讨,提出了一种可能的光化反应机制。
In this paper, the use of photochemical reactions, the use of fluorescence detection means, the establishment of sulfadiazine photochemical - fluorescence analysis. The linear range of this method was 0.02-3.2μg / ml with a detection limit of 0.02μg / ml. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was 2.6% (n = 12) for the 0.8μg / ml sulfadiazine standard. The method was applied to the determination of sulfadiazine, with satisfactory results. The recovery was 92.8 ~ 106.9% and the average recovery was 98.8% (n = 6). The method is simple, fast and easy to implement online analysis. The photochemical reaction process was preliminarily studied by means of mass spectrometry, infrared spectroscopy, paper chromatography, thin layer chromatography and synchronous scanning fluorescence spectroscopy. A possible photochemical reaction mechanism was proposed.
