采用乙醚超声提取香根草油,利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)分析其化学成分,并对香根草油的体外抗氧化及抗菌效果进行了研究。结果表明,从香根草油中共鉴定出23个化合物,主要成分有:六氢法尼基丙酮(32.27%)、棕榈酸(13.25%)、六氢法尼醇(13.02%)、二氢猕猴桃内酯(8.83%)、3-乙基-4-甲基-吡咯-2,5-二酮(3.98%)和植物醇(3.71%)。香根草油对超氧阴离子自由基和DPPH自由基具有良好的清除效果,在质量浓度为1 mg/m L时,对超氧阴离子自由基和DPPH自由基的清除能力分别达91.6%和93.6%,超过或接近同浓度的维生素C;香根草油对金黄色葡萄球和枯草芽孢杆菌具有一定的抑菌活性,在质量浓度为10 mg/m L时,抑菌圈直径均在10 mm以上,且抑菌效果随着香根草油浓度的升高而逐渐增强。
The vetiver oil was extracted by ether and the chemical constituents were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS).
