观察HO 1及CO系统在肝硬化大鼠不同时期的表达 ,以探讨其在肝硬化门脉高压中的作用。建立四氯化碳诱导肝硬化大鼠模型并分为早 ( 1 2只 )、中 ( 1 1只 )、晚期 ( 1 1只 )及正常对照组 ( 1 0只 ) ,测定门静脉血液中CO浓度 ,观察肝组织HO 1表达。肝硬化早期、中期和晚期大鼠门静脉血中CO浓度、肝组织HO 1的表达均分别显著高于正常对照组。肝硬化大鼠门静脉CO浓度在中、晚期显著升高 ,肝硬化大鼠肝组织HO 1表达明显上调 ,说明HO CO系统与肝硬化门静脉高压有密切关系
To observe the expression of HO 1 and CO in cirrhotic rats at different stages to explore its role in cirrhosis and portal hypertension. To establish a rat model of cirrhosis induced by carbon tetrachloride, and divided into early (12), middle (11), late (11) and normal control group (10) , Observe the expression of HO 1 in liver tissue. In the early, middle and late stages of cirrhosis, the concentrations of CO and HO 1 in the portal vein blood were significantly higher than those in the normal control group. Liver cirrhosis rat portal vein CO concentration was significantly increased in the late, liver cirrhosis rats HO 1 expression was significantly increased, indicating HO HO system and liver cirrhosis is closely related to portal hypertension
