观音山镇是苏北第一个亿元镇,1994年,全镇实现工业产值9.5亿元。其中村办工业产值1.6亿元,创利629.9万元,分别比上年增长94％和58.2％。全镇基本消灭工业空白村,有4个村产值突破1000万元大关,1995年第一季度村办工业实现产值4250万元,实观利润17万元,分别比1994年增长89％和70％。我们在实践中深深感到:加快村级经济发展,乡镇党委、政府责任重大,也完全可以大有作为,只要党委、政府摆正位置、选准路子、真抓实干、动真碰硬,村
Guanyinshan Township is the first hundred million yuan town in northern Jiangsu. In 1994, the town realized an industrial output value of 950 million yuan.
