企业组织人事工作担负着企业选拔、使用、培养干部和人才的重要职责。在煤矿企业,因干部职工人员众多、机构较多,组织人事部门有着极其特殊而重要的地位和作用。近年来,我国煤矿企业围绕增强开拓创新意识、提高政策理论水平和业务水平、强化执行力开展职工教育培训工作,有力地推动了职工队伍整体素质和能力的提高。
Enterprise organization personnel work shoulder the important role of enterprise selection, use, training of cadres and personnel. In coal mining enterprises, cadres and workers because of the large number of personnel, organization and personnel department has a very special and important position and role. In recent years, China’s coal mining enterprises focus on enhancing awareness of pioneering and innovation, raising the level of policy theory and business standards and strengthening the implementation of staff training and implementation of education, which effectively promoted the overall quality and ability of the workforce.
