从当前企业职工的价值取向看,建设企业文化主要应从以下几方面入手.一、倡导催人奋进的企业精神,建设精神文化.企业精神应该是,既与国家“振兴中华、实现四化”的倡导相融,又体现企业特征,有实实在在的客观基础,能够集全体职工的信念意志于一身,融共同的理想、目标于一体,恰如其份反映企业相对稳定的价值体系,让职工明确感受到在企业的工作中包含着自己为之奋斗的事业,工作的本身正是自我价值实现的过程,在努力实现企业目标的同时,职工的自我需求也会得到满足.这样才能真正统一职工的价值取向,自觉为国家和企业奋斗.
