目的观察白术止汗散治疗小儿汗证的临床疗效。方法 53例小儿汗证患儿均给予白术止汗散煎服,每日1剂,连续治疗7 d后统计疗效。结果治愈27例,占50.94%;好转22例,占41.51%;无效4例,占7.55%。总有效率为92.45%。结论白术止汗散治疗小儿汗证疗效确切。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Baizhu Shanban San in treating children’s sweat syndrome. Methods 53 cases of pediatric perspiration syndrome were given Atractylodes antiperspirant disintegrating clothes, one day, continuous treatment for 7 days after the statistical effect. Results cured 27 cases, accounting for 50.94%; 22 cases improved, accounting for 41.51%; 4 cases were ineffective, accounting for 7.55%. The total effective rate was 92.45%. Conclusion Atractylodes perspiration scattered pediatric perspiration syndrome treatment.
