近年来,食品感官分析已经成为食品质量与安全快速检测和监控的重要技术手段。然而,国内多数高校、研究所和食品企业没有标准化的食品感官实验室。这限制了食品感官分析的发展。本文简述了国内外食品感官实验室的建设现状并以广东食品药品职业学院为例设计了感官实验室的建设方案。
In recent years, sensory analysis of foods has become an important technical measure for the rapid detection and monitoring of food quality and safety. However, most domestic universities, research institutes and food enterprises do not have standardized food and sensory laboratories. This limits the development of food sensory analysis. This article briefly describes the current situation of the construction of food sensory laboratories both at home and abroad and the construction of sensory laboratories with Guangdong Food and Drug Vocational College as an example.
