研究了气凝胶高效节能保温材料在输油站场应用的经济性。通过计算和对比气凝胶材料与传统保温材料的保温性能、初始投资费用、以及运行维护成本,发现在管道上使用气凝胶材料较传统保温材料具有较大综合优势。使用气凝胶材料所节约的能源和运行维护费用(主要指更换传统保温层的材料和人工费用),可在2~4年内超过初期多花费的投资。在随后的服役过程中,可持续因能源节约和减少保温层更换次数为管道运营商节省开支。此外,当管道内外温差较大、年加热时长较长、加热燃料或电能涨价时,使用气凝胶材料的效果更好。总之,在管道上使用气凝胶材料将以节能降本的方式为管道运营商增加效益。
The economical efficiency of airgel high-efficiency energy-saving thermal insulation materials applied in oil field is studied. By calculating and comparing the thermal insulation performance, the initial investment cost and the operation and maintenance cost of the aerogels and the traditional insulation materials, it is found that the use of the aerogels on the pipeline has more comprehensive advantages than the traditional insulation materials. The energy and operation and maintenance costs (mainly referring to the replacement of materials and labor costs of traditional insulation) of airgel materials can exceed the initial additional investment in 2 ~ 4 years. During the ensuing service, the savings for pipeline operators can be saved continuously due to energy conservation and reduction of insulation replacement. In addition, when the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the pipeline is large, the heating time is longer, heating air or electricity price increases, the effect of using airgel material is better. In conclusion, the use of aerogels on the pipelines will bring benefits to pipeline operators in an energy-saving manner.
