糖尿病会员的品牌依赖度很高,所以很多连锁药店在经营糖尿病品类的时候,往往是有销售没毛利。实际上,连锁药店既不缺高毛商品,也不缺会员,最缺的是服务环节,所以毛利的提升只能通过商品结构与专业服务解决毛利。从现在开始,药店应该通过会员管理产生销售,专业服务提升毛利,改变原来员工和会员之间只有拿产品-收银两个环节,形成产品-服务-收银或服务-产品-收银的三个环节。
