目的了解2014—2015年龙海市居民户食用盐中碘含量情况,为防治碘缺乏病提供依据。方法据《福建省碘缺乏病监测实施细节》要求进行随机抽样,按GB/T 13025.7-1999直接滴定法测定。结果 2014—2015年共采集居民户家中食用碘盐600份,碘盐覆盖率、碘盐合格率、合格碘盐食用率均大于99%,不合格碘盐率0.5%,非碘盐率0.5%。结果龙海市合格碘盐食用普及成效显著,但仍有少数居民食用不合格碘盐和非碘盐,应深入开展宣传教育,加强碘盐监督监测。
Objective To understand the content of iodine in household salt in Longhai City from 2014 to 2015 and provide the basis for preventing iodine deficiency. Methods According to the “Fujian iodine deficiency monitoring details” requirements for random sampling, according to GB / T 13025.7-1999 direct titration. Results A total of 600 iodized salt were collected from households in every household from 2014 to 2015. The iodized salt coverage rate, iodized salt pass rate and qualified iodized salt consumption rate were over 99%. The unqualified iodized salt rate was 0.5% and the non-iodized salt rate was 0.5% . Results The qualified iodized salt in Longhai City had a significant effect on the popularization of edible iodine. However, there were still a few residents who used the unqualified iodized salt and non-iodized salt for food consumption. Publicity and education should be carried out in depth so as to strengthen the supervision and monitoring of iodized salt.
