提出一种适用于摩托车零件的多层镍电镀工艺。其高硫镍层与半亮镍层、亮镍层的电位差分别为190mV和50~60mV,亮镍与半亮镍的电位差为130~180mV。本文为研究高耐蚀性多层镍体系的4篇系列文章的首篇,其余3篇将分在以后几期发表。
A multi-layer nickel plating process suitable for motorcycle parts is proposed. The potential difference between the high-sulfur nickel layer and the semi-bright nickel layer and the bright nickel layer is 190 mV and 50 to 60 mV, respectively, and the potential difference between bright nickel and semi-bright nickel is 130 to 180 mV. This article is the first in a series of four articles to study multi-layer nickel systems with high corrosion resistance. The remaining three will be published in future issues.
