泌尿系气肿性感染是产气菌引起的泌尿系统急性炎症,国内仅有少数报道,笔者近年诊治7例,报告如下。 临床资料 一、一般资料:本组7例,男4例,女3例。年龄26～73岁,平均49.5岁。单纯气肿性膀胱炎5例,单纯气肿性肾盂炎1例,二者并存1例。5例有糖尿病史,余2例中1为颅内血肿术后昏迷者,静脉输注大量葡萄糖液;另一为前列腺增生症者。本组空腹血糖6.72～12.74mmol/L,平均9.73mmol/L。长期口服降糖药5例,其中1例并用胰岛素。细菌培养:大肠杆菌5例,产气杆菌2例。2
