实验采用阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)对膨润土改性制备有机膨润土,并用有机膨润土处理TNT废水。运用吸附动力学曲线和等温吸附线研究了有机膨润土对TNT的吸附性能并探讨了其吸附机理。结果表明:有机膨润土吸附TNT的吸附动力学曲线在60min左右基本达到平衡,线性拟合结果表明TNT的动力学行为遵循Lungmuir速率所描述的规律;Freundlich等温方程能很好地拟合有机膨润土在30℃下吸附TNT的等温吸附曲线,同时也表明有机膨润土容易吸附废水中的TNT;有机膨润土处理TNT废水的吸附机理主要是表面吸附和萃取(分配)作用。
In the experiment, bentonite was modified by cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB) to prepare organic bentonite, and organic bentonite was used to treat TNT wastewater. Adsorption kinetics curve and isothermal adsorption line were used to study the adsorption of organic bentonite on TNT and the adsorption mechanism was discussed. The results show that the adsorption kinetics curve of TNT adsorbed by organobentonites reaches equilibrium in about 60min, and the linear fitting results show that the kinetic behavior of TNT follows the rule described by Lungmuir rate. The Freundlich isotherm can well fit the curve of organic bentonite ℃ adsorption TNT isothermal adsorption curve, but also shows that organic bentonite easily adsorbed TNT wastewater; organic bentonite TNT wastewater adsorption mechanism is the main surface adsorption and extraction (distribution) role.
