染色体嵌合是在个体中有一种以上的细胞系,每细胞系来自一单独结合子,常发生在性染色体,卵巢发育不良患者常可见到。曾有报道性染色体嵌合者,不同细胞系的比例随时间有改变。但未能指出是正常还是异常细胞系恒定地增加或减少。本文就3例嵌合患者进行了各细胞系比例研究,2例45, x/46, xi(xg), 1例45,x/46. xx染色体组型。为了采取不同部分的循环淋巴细胞,每人同时自左右臂取血,每标本用同法行4个72小时淋巴细胞培养。自每个静脉穿刺的4个培养标本中任选3个,要分散好、完整、TG分带合格的分裂中期进行分析。每培养标本数70个分裂中期细胞。
Chromosome chimerisation involves more than one cell line in an individual. Each cell line comes from a single binder, often found on sex chromosomes, and is often seen in hypoplastic ovarian patients. Chromosome chimeras have been reported, the proportion of different cell lines have changed over time. But failed to indicate whether normal or abnormal cell lines consistently increase or decrease. In this paper, 3 cases of chimeric patients were studied on the proportion of each cell line, 2 cases of 45, x / 46, xi (xg), 1 case of 45, x / 46. Xx genotype. In order to take different parts of the circulating lymphocytes, each from the left and right arms at the same time, each specimen with the same line 4 hours 72 hours of lymphocyte culture. Three of the four cultured specimens from each venipuncture were to be well-dispersed, intact, and segmented for meta-analysis of TG bands. The number of cells per culture medium was 70.
