十字花科植物利用自交不亲和性是产生杂种的一个重要途径。50年代以来,国内外主要在白菜和甘兰蔬菜作物上,利用这种方法配制杂种,取得了很好效果。70年代在油菜上也有了成效,如华中农学院1972年开始研究自交不亲和性在甘兰油菜上的应用,1977年试种杂种,效果较好。我们从1976年开始选育自交不亲和系。通过几年工作,已有初步结果,报告如下。试验材料和方法自交不亲和系材料选自本所1971~75年杂交的甘×白后代,以后选出自交不亲和株,进行定向选育。对各系和杂种均进行人工辅助授粉自交、兄妹交。不亲和系每系测5—10
Cruciferal plants using self-incompatibility is an important way to produce hybrids. MATERIALS AND METHODS Materials The self-incompatible materials were selected from Gan × white progenies crossed between 1971 and 75, and self-incompatible strains were selected for targeted breeding. All lines and hybrids were assisted by artificial pollination, brother and sister. Inconsistency measured 5-10 per line
