以 2 1个小麦品种和化学杂交剂Genesis的不同剂量为处理 ,采取裂区设计的方法 ,研究了Genesis的杀雄效果及其不同基因型小麦对Genesis反应的遗传差异 .结果表明 ,Genesis诱导小麦雄性不育效果具有广谱性 ,在 3kg.hm-2 剂量下大部分品种的不育率达到 99%以上 ,但不同品种敏感性不同 ,其不育率差异显著 .本文还对Genesis的药害进行了讨论 .
