抗凋零基因Bcl-2可抑制细胞凋零,促进细胞增殖,与肿瘤发生密切相关。作者利用免疫组织化学方法观察了63例食管疾组织中Bcl-2基因产物的表达情况,结果发现Bcl-2的阳性表达率为60.3%,明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.05),其表达与食管癌淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0.05),且与肿瘤分化程度有关(P<0.05)。结果提示Bcl-2基因可能参与食管癌的发生发展过程,其表达可作为检测患者预后的参考指标。
The anti-diminishing gene Bcl-2 can inhibit cell decay and promote cell proliferation, which is closely related to tumorigenesis. The authors used immunohistochemical methods to observe the expression of Bcl-2 gene products in 63 cases of esophageal diseases. The results showed that the positive rate of Bcl-2 expression was 60.3%, which was significantly higher than that of paracancerous tissues (P<0.05). ), its expression was significantly associated with lymph node metastasis of esophageal cancer (P<0.05), and was related to tumor differentiation (P<0.05). The results suggest that the Bcl-2 gene may be involved in the development of esophageal cancer, and its expression may be used as a reference indicator for the prognosis of patients.
