程序性坏死(necroptosis)是一种新型的细胞程序性死亡类型,受细胞内信号因子的调控,但同细胞凋亡有着显著区别。程序性坏死的发生需要一系列分子传递和执行死亡信号,受体相互作用蛋白激酶RIP1和RIP3是关键的调控因子。这种细胞死亡模式在心脑血管疾病的病理过程中起着非常重要的作用。
Procedural necroptosis is a novel type of apoptosis that is regulated by intracellular signal factors but markedly different from apoptosis. The occurrence of programmed necrosis requires a series of molecular transfer and execution of death signals, and receptor-interacting protein kinases RIP1 and RIP3 are key regulators. This pattern of cell death plays a very important role in the pathological process of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
