本文讨论了有机酯水玻璃硬化过程的动力学;研究了温度、水玻璃模数的大小和混合有机酯的配比对动力学潜伏状态期的影响;找出了控制硬化速度的规律,提出了一个经验公式:型砂的可使用时间等于K乘潜伏状态期时间,并确定了K值的范围。研究结果表明:在不同温度(15~35℃)下,型砂的可使用时间范围能控制在25~60分钟,常温下的抗压强度为20~27kg/cm~2,高温(1000℃)下的残留抗压强度在7kg/cm~2以下,这些性能指标是能满足实际铸钢型砂生产要求的。
In this paper, the kinetics of the hardening process of organic ester waterglass was discussed. The influences of temperature, the modulus of sodium silicate and the ratio of mixed organic esters on the kinetic latent period were studied. The law of controlling the hardening speed was found out An empirical formula: The usable time of the sand is equal to K times the latent state period, and the range of K values is determined. The results show that the working time range of molding sand can be controlled at 25-60 minutes at different temperature (15-35 ℃), the compressive strength at room temperature is 20-27kg / cm ~ 2, and the working temperature at 1000 ℃ The residual compressive strength of 7kg / cm ~ 2 or less, these performance indicators are able to meet the actual production requirements of steel casting sand.
