我厂生产的W系列产品属于中高牌号的冷轧无取向硅钢片。它主要用作大中型电机等电器产品的铁芯材料。各牌号的生产工艺尽管各不相同,但按其冷轧轧程不同可分为一次冷轧法和二次冷轧法。一次冷轧法简单,而二次冷轧法复杂。中低牌号产品采用一次冷轧法生产,高牌号则采用二次冷轧法生产。目前,从世界冷轧无取向硅钢片的发展趋势来看,家用电器用的低牌号电工钢板发展很快,中高牌号自日本的H9、H8问世后,磁性水平没有什么新的突破。除了开发新的涂层,改善冲片性能外,主要是设法提高成材率,简化生产工艺,缩短生产周期、降低成本。本文是对W18专利工艺(二次冷轧法)的一点基本看法,W18一次冷轧法新工艺的确定和验证结果。
W series products of our factory belong to high-grade non-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheet. It is mainly used for medium and large electrical products such as iron core material. Although the production of various grades of different processes, but according to their different cold rolling process can be divided into a cold-rolled and cold-rolled secondary law. A cold rolling method is simple, and the secondary cold rolling method is complicated. Middle and low grade products using a cold-rolled production, the high grade is the use of secondary cold-rolled production. At present, the development trend of non-oriented cold-rolled non-oriented silicon steel in the world shows that the development of low-grade electric steel for household appliances has been developing rapidly. After the advent of high-grade H9 and H8 from Japan, there has been no new breakthrough in magnetic level. In addition to developing new coatings and improving the performance of the blanks, the main objective is to improve the yield, simplify the production process, shorten the production cycle and reduce costs. This article is based on the W18 patent process (secondary cold rolling method) a little basic view, W18 cold rolling a new process to determine and verify the results.
