目的:比较研究两种实验设计方法对岩高兰多糖提取率的影响,以获得最大多糖溶出率。方法:以岩高兰多糖提取率为考察指标,采用正交设计法和Box-Behnken设计法优化提取工艺并对结果进行统计分析。结果:Box-Behnken设计法得到的多糖提取率比正交试验设计高。结论:岩高兰多糖提取率的最优工艺以BoxBehnken设计法为准,为粉碎粒度100目,时间1.75 h,电机电压155 V,料液比1∶15,提取2次。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the effects of two experimental design methods on the extraction rate of polysaccharides from Coral blue to obtain the maximum rate of polysaccharide dissolution. Methods: The extraction rate of polysaccharides from Ligularia was used as an inspection index. The orthogonal design method and Box-Behnken design method were used to optimize the extraction process and the results were analyzed statistically. RESULTS: The extraction rate of the polysaccharides obtained by the Box-Behnken design method was higher than that of the orthogonal test design. Conclusion: The optimum extraction process of polysaccharides from Coral Orchid is based on the BoxBehnken design method. The particle size is 100 mesh, the time is 1.75 h, the motor voltage is 155 V, the ratio of solid to liquid is 1:15, and extraction is performed twice.
