本文利用热加工模拟试验机进行压缩试验,通过测定真应力—真应变曲线和观察试样淬火组织研究了在奥氏体区域的热变形工艺参数(T,ε,ε)对09MnNb钢的动态再结晶的影响,并且对其机理进行了探讨。建立了试验用钢的σ_p与Z参数之间的关系,绘制了热变形奥氏体再结晶图。为建立一种奥氏体再结晶图试验方法提供了重要的依据。
In this paper, the hot-working simulation test machine was used to carry out the compression test. The true stress-true strain curve and the quenched microstructure were observed to study the influence of hot deformation process parameters (T, ε, ε) in austenite region on the dynamic properties of 09MnNb steel Crystallization of the impact, and its mechanism were discussed. The relationship between σ_p and Z parameter of test steel was established and the graph of hot deformation austenite recrystallization was drawn. It provides an important basis for establishing a test method of austenite recrystallization.
