目的:研究平喘汤对哮喘豚鼠血浆环核苷酸(cAMP、cGMP)水平的调节作用,并探讨平喘汤防治小儿哮喘的作用机理。方法:选择50只健康豚鼠,以卵蛋白致敏,将诱发咳喘成功的32只豚鼠随机分为观察组、对照组、正常组,观察组和对照组分别予平喘汤和西药氨茶碱治疗,测定各组豚鼠干预前后血浆环核苷酸的水平。结果:观察组和对照组豚鼠在致喘后cAMP显著降低,cGMP显著升高(P<0.05),治疗后血浆cAMP较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05),观察组cGMP显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:平喘汤可升高哮喘豚鼠的cAMP水平,降低cGMP水平,对小儿哮喘有一定的防治作用。
Objective: To study the regulation effect of Pingchuan Decoction on plasma cyclic nucleotide (cAMP, cGMP) levels in asthmatic guinea pigs and to explore the mechanism of Pingchuan Decoction in preventing and treating infantile asthma. Methods: Fifty healthy guinea pigs were selected and sensitized with ovalbumin. Thirty-two guinea pigs that successfully induced cough and asthma were randomly divided into observation group, control group, normal group, observation group and control group. The levels of plasma cyclic nucleotides in the guinea pigs before and after treatment were measured. Results: The cAMP levels in the guinea pigs in the observation group and the control group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05), while the cGMP levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Pingchuan Decoction can elevate cAMP level and reduce the level of cGMP in asthmatic guinea pigs, and has some preventive and therapeutic effects on pediatric asthma.
