热带在输出辊道上的冷却过程是决定钢板机械性能的重要因素。带钢卷取温度的提高对质量和成材率的提高起很大作用。近年来,对热带的质量要求日益提高,为此,日本钢管公司京滨厂在输出辊道上增加冷却设备的同时,开发了新的控制冷却系统。该厂过去使用的控制冷却系统存在的问题是:①温度预测模型精度差;②动态控制的响应性有限;③不能适应冷却过程的变化
The tropical cooling process on the output rollers is an important factor that determines the mechanical properties of the plate. The increase of the strip coiling temperature plays a significant role in improving the quality and yield. In recent years, the demand for tropical quality has been increasing. To this end, the Japanese steel pipe company Keihin Plant has added cooling equipment to its output rollers and developed a new controlled cooling system. The problems that the plant used to control the cooling system in the past are: (1) poor accuracy of the temperature prediction model; (2) limited responsiveness of the dynamic control; (3) inability to adapt to changes in the cooling process
