军用运输车辆在运载弹药的过程中,车身的振动会影响到车载弹药的安全性和可靠性。本文针对我军某常用型号运输车的弹药运输过程,使用动态信号测试系统对车身进行了振动测试,对车辆的多输入多输出系统进行了建模。用MATLAB对实测信号进行处理,用Hn方法估计振动系统的频响函数矩阵,并对辨识出的结果进行了检验。该成果对如何提高车载弹药安全性的研究提供了一定的理论依据,同时可以作为分析整车振动系统传递函数、振动强度和结构参数的基础。
Military transport vehicles in the process of carrying ammunition, body vibration will affect the safety and reliability of vehicle ammunition. In this paper, aiming at the ammunition transportation of a certain common-type transporter of our army, the dynamic signal test system is used to test the vibration of the vehicle body, and the multi-input and multi-output system of the vehicle is modeled. The measured signal was processed by MATLAB, the frequency response function matrix of vibration system was estimated by Hn method, and the test results were tested. The results provide a theoretical basis for how to improve the safety of vehicle ammunition, and can be used as the basis for analyzing the transfer function, vibration intensity and structural parameters of the vehicle vibration system.
