利用我室自制的电脑控制肌格监测装置,临床定量测量海轮碱Ⅱ0.4mg/kg单次静脉推注后的肌松效能。实验结果表明:海轮碱Ⅱ达到峰值所需时间为15.5±2.2min(X±SD)最大肌松效应时的T_1%、T4/T1、F%分别是40.5±11.7、20.0土5.5、19.8土7.3;T4/T1恢复到70所需时间为106.0±22.1min。实验还得知:海轮碱Ⅱ对呼吸肌的影响与肌松效能不一致。
