《荀子·劝学》篇“假舆马者,非利足也,而致千里…‘故不积跬步,无以至千里”两句中分别用到“致”和“至”两个词语。人教版教参对两个词的解释是相同的,都解释成了“到达”。既然两个词表达的意义相同为什么不用同一个字,抑或后人的解释值得推敲,还是传抄过程中存在错误,为此笔者查阅了大量资料,提出两点浅见与同行商榷。一、据《辞海》对两词的解释“至”共有七个义项,分别为:①到,来;②极,最;③大;④古代指夏至、冬至;⑤至于;⑥得当;⑦至善。其中只有“到,来”这一义项可以解释“无以至千里”。“致”的义项也有七个,分别为:①送达;②
