建立了动物源性食品中常用的头孢羟氨苄、头孢氨苄、头孢噻肟、头孢拉定和头孢唑啉5种头孢类抗生素的高效液相色谱法。样品经乙腈水溶液提取,过固相萃取柱净化,以磷酸盐缓冲液与甲醇(80︰20)为流动相,对5种头孢类抗生素进行了分离测定,5种头孢类抗生素可在50 min内分离,最低检测限均可达到10μg/kg。六种动物源性食品中检测5种药物的回收率均在70.05%~95.51%之间,精密度为2.72%。该方法简单、灵敏、可靠,适用于动物源性食品中头孢类抗生素残留的分析确证。
A high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was established for cefadroxil, cephalexin, cefotaxime, cefradine and cefazolin commonly used in animal-derived foods. The samples were extracted with acetonitrile aqueous solution and purified by solid-phase extraction. The mobile phase consisted of phosphate buffer and methanol (80:20) as mobile phase. The five cephalosporins were isolated and determined within five minutes Separation, the minimum detection limit can reach 10μg / kg. The recoveries of five drugs in six animal-derived foods ranged from 70.05% to 95.51% with a precision of 2.72%.
