环外游是指节育环穿过子宫壁进入腹腔而言。节育环进入腹腔有两种可能:(1) 先嵌入子宫壁而后逐渐移入腹腔,(2) 放环时穿破子宫壁而进入腹腔。我们指的主要是后者,曾在结扎输卵管时发现一例,已有六年,虽未造成严重后果,但应吸取教训,以便今后更好地开展工作。现报告如下,并就有关问题加以讨论。 Ring travel refers to the birth control ring through the uterine wall into the abdominal cavity is concerned. Birth control ring into the peritoneal cavity has two possibilities: (1) first embedded in the uterine wall and then gradually moved into the abdominal cavity, (2) release the ring when the uterine wall and into the abdominal cavity. We mainly refer to the latter. One case was found when ligation of the fallopian tubes. It has taken six years. Although it has not caused serious consequences, lessons should be learned so that we can carry out our work better in the future. We report the following and discuss the relevant issues.
