目的:研究中药药对的分煎、合煎的紫外图谱,通过对谱图的整体信息进行比较和分析,探求药对分煎、合煎的整体成分变化。方法:采用高效液相色谱法梯度分离,色谱柱为RPC18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm,Cadenza CD-C18#ZB 0703C),流动相A液(0.1%TFA水溶液),B液[乙腈-水-TFA(450∶50∶0.5)],检测波长215 nm。以非药对黄芩甘草为对照。结果:药对组半夏生姜合煎跟分煎后的主峰发生了变化,而非药对黄芩甘草变化不大。各组出峰数的增减改变相似。结论:合煎有可能使药物的主成分溶出度发生一定变化,药对组发生改变的倾向更明显。
OBJECTIVE: To study the ultraviolet spectrum of the decoction and decoction of traditional Chinese medicine, and compare and analyze the overall information of the decoction to explore the change of the overall composition of decoction and decoction. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used for gradient separation. The mobile phase A was consisted of RPC18 (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm, Cadenza CD-C18 # ZB 0703C), mobile phase A -TFA (450:50:0.5)], detection wavelength 215 nm. Non-drug on the baicalin licorice as a control. Results: The drug group of Pinellia Ginger combined decoction with decoction of the main peak changes, while non-drug on the Scutellaria licorice little change. Changes in the number of peaks in each group changes similar. Conclusion: Combined decoction may make the dissolution of the main components of the drug have some changes, the tendency of the drug group changes more obvious.
