钳工操作训练是机械专业学生必需的专业实践课,钳工也是技术含量最高的工种之一,它需要操作者在实践中有更多的合作训练、协作加工、互测互评,并且通过相互交流获得钳工操作的经验与智慧、技能与技巧。笔者在多年的钳工实践教学中充分运用学生之间的合作学习方式完成钳工实践教学的各个环节,在发挥学生主体地位,培养学生主动参与能力,培育学生的积极情感、发展有效的人际交住技能方面取得了令人满意的效果。
