笔者遇到一例患者作颞颌关节封闭(囊内)及引起末梢型面神经瘫痪,特介绍如下:病例报告:霍X,男,38岁,工人。1984年11月26日来我院门诊。主诉:开口困难,张口疼痛半月余,要求治疗。口腔检查:张口受限(开口一指),下颌活动时右侧颞颌关节可闻及弹响声,关节区压痛明显。治疗:2％普鲁卡因2ml于耳屏前进针注入右侧颞颌关节腔。注射完毕,张口活动自如,但口角偏向左侧,面部肌肉痉挛。右眼睑闭合不全。
I encountered a case of patients with temporomandibular joint closure (intracapsular) and cause peripheral facial paralysis, especially introduced as follows: Case report: Huo X, male, 38 years old, worker. November 26, 1984 came to our hospital. Chief complaint: Opening difficulties, mouth pain more than half a month, requiring treatment. Oral examination: limited mouth opening (opening a finger), the mandibular right temporomandibular joint can smell the sound of snapping, joint tenderness significantly. Treatment: 2% procaine 2ml into the tragus on the right needle into the temporomandibular joint cavity. Injection is completed, mouth activities freely, but the left corner of the mouth, facial muscle spasms. Right eyelid closed incomplete.
