目的探讨联合检测患者血清中的甲胎蛋白(AFP)、α-L-岩藻糖苷酶(AFU)以及唾液酸(SA)对原发性肝细胞癌(PHC)诊断的应用价值。方法采用化学发光酶免疫法、速率法和分光光度法,分别检测原发性肝细胞癌患者、肝硬化和健康对照者的AFP、AFU和SA等三种肿瘤标志物的血清含量,并进行统计学分析。结果 AFP、AFU、SA三者联合检测、可以将诊断率提高到97.87%。结论三种肿瘤标志物AFP、α-L-AFU、SA多指标联合检测可显著提高原发性肝细胞癌(PHC)诊断阳性率,适宜于临床实验室推广应用。
Objective To investigate the value of combined detection of alpha fetoprotein (AFP), alpha-L-fucosidase (AFU) and sialic acid (SA) in the diagnosis of primary hepatocellular carcinoma (PHC). Methods The serum levels of AFP, AFU, and SA tumor markers in primary hepatocellular carcinoma, cirrhosis and healthy controls were measured by chemiluminescent enzyme immunoassay, velocity assay, and spectrophotometry, respectively. Learn to analyze. Results The combined detection of AFP, AFU, and SA could increase the diagnostic rate to 97.87%. Conclusion The combined detection of three tumor markers AFP, α-L-AFU, and SA can significantly increase the positive rate of primary hepatocellular carcinoma (PHC) diagnosis, which is suitable for clinical laboratory application.
