含钒铁水用碳酸钠预处理后的低硫磷纯净半钢水是酸性炼钢的理想原料。在100KVA中频炉上用这种半钢水进行了酸性氧气顶吹少渣炼钢实验研究,渣料量为半钢量的1.5—2%,冶炼过程平稳,顺利炼成低合金结构钢。在冶炼过程中平均有36%左右的钒留在钢中,经炉内脱氧后余钒率上升到53%左右。硫磷含量在冶炼过程中变化很小,经炉内脱氧后成品钢含磷量较脱氧前平均提高0.006%,而硫含量平均下降0.0013%。本文还对热平衡作了分析,提出了计算碳氧化的升温效果和废钢加入量的简易计算公式。
Vanadium-containing molten iron Pre-treated with sodium carbonate after the low-phosphorus pure semi-molten steel is the ideal raw material for acid steelmaking. In the 100KVA IF furnace with this semi-molten steel oxygen blowing top slag less slag experimental study, the amount of semi-steel slag 1.5-2%, smooth smelting process, the smooth refining low-alloy structural steel. In the smelting process an average of about 36% of the vanadium left in the steel, after the furnace deoxidation vanadium rate rose to about 53%. Phosphorus content in the smelting process changes very little, after the furnace deoxidation finished steel phosphorus than before the average increase of 0.006%, while the average sulfur content decreased by 0.0013%. The paper also analyzes the heat balance and proposes a simple calculation formula for calculating the effect of carbon oxidation and the amount of scrap steel added.
