作者报告66例经手术切除的卵巢肿瘤标本(良性肿瘤34例、恶性肿瘤32例)作肿瘤细胞胞浆雌、孕激素受体含量测定及组织学检查。结果:卵巢良、恶性肿瘤雌激素受体阳性率差异无显著性(P>0.1);孕激素受体阳性率有高度显著性差异(P<0.005)。恶性组上皮性肿瘤与非上皮性肿瘤细胞胞浆的雌、孕激素受体阳性率无显著性差异(P>0.5);粘液性囊腺癌的雌激素受体均值低于浆液性囊腺癌及宫内膜样癌的雌激素受体均值,但无统计学意义(P>0.5)。肿瘤的分级及其细胞核分裂相与雌激素受体间,淋巴细胞浸润的多少与孕激素受体间均无明显关系。
