食管巨型锐利性异物临床上并非罕见病例，用惯用方法取出，既易损伤食管又可能发生危及生命的并发症，而开胸、颈侧过路取异物又绝非上策，为此我们自行设计制作了一种食管保护装置，暂定名为“食管保护器”，经食管镜用普通异物钳可顺利取出，IO年来临床应用共6例，疗效满意。 The esophageal giant sharp foreign body is not a rare case clinically. Removing it by conventional methods can not only damage the esophagus but also cause life-threatening complications. However, it is by no means the best policy to open up the abdomen and take the foreign body through the neck. This is why we designed our own. An esophageal protection device tentatively named “esophageal protector” can be successfully removed by an ordinary esophageal forceps through an esophagoscope. Six cases have been clinically applied in 10 years and satisfactory results have been achieved.
