目的:优化核桃隔膜中总黄酮的提取工艺。方法:以芦丁为标准品计算总黄酮含量,以核桃隔膜中总黄酮的提取率为评价指标,采用单因素和响应面法来优化不同因素对核桃隔膜总黄酮提取工艺的影响。结果:由响应面法优化得最佳提取工艺条件为乙醇浓度57%,提取时间30min,料液比1∶25。将此最佳工艺条件放大5倍,重复试验3次,得平均总黄酮提取率为7.239%。结论:超声波辅助提取核桃隔膜总黄酮时间短、效果好,可为工业生产提供理论依据。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of flavonoids in walnut diaphragm. Methods: The content of total flavonoids was calculated by using rutin as standard. The extraction rate of total flavonoids in walnut diaphragm was used as evaluation index. Single factor and response surface method were used to optimize the effects of different factors on the extraction of total flavonoids from walnut diaphragm. Results: The optimum extraction conditions were response surface area of 57% ethanol concentration, extraction time 30min, solid-liquid ratio 1:25. The best conditions for 5 times magnification, repeated three times, the average total flavonoid extraction rate was 7.239%. Conclusion: Ultrasound-assisted extraction of walnut membrane total flavonoids time is short, the effect is good, and can provide a theoretical basis for industrial production.
