《阜新矿学院业和克劳斯达尔工业大学关于教学、科研合作的协议》,巳在张美东副院长等访欧期间于一九八○年十一月三日下午五时,在克劳斯尔工业大学正式签字。从而使这种合作关系用法律形式固定下来,两校关系进入了新的发展阶段。在签字仪式上,代表我院在协议书上签字的是中国矿业高等教育访欧代表团团长、我院副院长张美东副教授。代表克劳斯达尔工业大学签字的是该校校长耶莎教授。出席签字仪式的有,下萨克森州科学技术部部长佩斯特尔教授、中国驻德意志联邦共和国大使馆主管科学与技术的阮参赞、克劳斯达尔市市长、克大副校长古特曼教授、该校各级领导人和全体教授,以及中国留学生代表,共二百多人。在签字仪式上耶莎校长、张美东副院长、佩斯特尔部长、克劳斯达尔市市长、克大
“Agreement on Teaching and Research Cooperation between Fuxin University of Mining and Klaus Dahl University of Technology”.
