为了及时管控下一代网络(NGN)中语音业务的服务质量,需要对NGN中的语音业务进行监测,然而,目前业界缺乏对该监测指标的明确定义。在分析了NGN中语音业务质量监测需求的基础上,从会话控制性能、话音质量、编码统计三个方面定义和描述了一套NGN中语音业务质量的监测指标,即NGN语音业务质量检测参数。对这些参数进行有效监测,将及时反映NGN中的语音业务质量和语音业务运营情况,为保证语音业务质量提供有力数据和参考。
In order to control the quality of service of voice services in next generation networks (NGNs) in time, the voice services in NGNs need to be monitored. However, there is currently no clear definition of this indicator in the industry. Based on the analysis of NGN voice service quality monitoring requirements, this paper defines and describes a set of NGN voice service quality monitoring indicators, namely NGN voice service quality detection parameters from the aspects of session control performance, voice quality and coding statistics. Effective monitoring of these parameters will promptly reflect the voice service quality and voice service operation in NGN and provide powerful data and references for ensuring voice service quality.
